Requirements

  • Degree in clinical or healthcare field, Public Health degrees preferred
  • Two or more roles with direct experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in areas related to primary care
  • Experience implementing a technology, other than an EHR, in a clinical setting
  • Understanding of healthcare technology and/or patient education for low-income populations
  • Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Along with our Chief Strategy Officer, maintain and evolve our health equity strategy
  • Support the work of our Clinical Advisory Board in informing our focus, impact measurement, and solution design
  • Lead the execution of our health equity strategy through experiments with partners, customers, and other contributors in our ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product development, revenue, etc. to ensure others understand our health equity strategy and areas of success
  • On an annual basis, update our clinical guidelines and ensure the application of relevant changes to all CareMessage offerings
  • Collaborate with our in-house translator, clinical advisory board, and others to launch updates to templates and content provided to CareMessage customers
  • Drive internal education and trainings to elevate our team's understanding of health equity
  • Synthesize findings on what is and is not driving improvements in health equity, and the strength in the quality of the data
  • Maintain our impact library from customer reported outcomes to research partnerships
  • Collaborate with external partners on research and evaluation initiatives that test the effectiveness of CareMessage interventions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of projects aimed at improving health equity
  • Manage projects through organized documentation, timeline management, and outcomes-focused prioritization
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare to understand clinic operations, quality improvement, and care delivery
