Requirements

  • 3+ years of program management experience in HR, Learning & Development, Sales/Revenue Operations, or a similar field
  • Experience managing awards & recognition programs, training initiatives, or leadership development programs within a fast-paced organization
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skillsโ€”youโ€™re comfortable working with senior leadership and driving cross-functional alignment
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and measure program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
  • A passion for employee engagement and growthโ€”you love creating opportunities for people to thrive in their roles

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage GTM-specific awards and recognition programs that celebrate and drive employee engagement, ensuring Vanta remains a top-tier workplace
  • Lead the planning and execution of QBRs for our GTM leadership team, including developing curriculum, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring impactful programming
  • Design and manage training programs for managers and individual contributors, including leadership development, skills training, and external certifications that upskill our teams
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, People Ops, and enablement teams to align programs with business needs and company goals
  • Drive program efficiencies by implementing scalable processes, tracking key success metrics, and iterating based on data-driven insights and feedback
