Summary
Join a Fortune 500 tech company as a Program Manager for a 9-month contract (ASAP - May 2026) at $57/hr. This remote position (PST hours) requires strong organizational skills and experience navigating complex environments. You will drive stakeholder alignment, manage communications, and handle various tasks to ensure project success. The ideal candidate possesses 5-8+ years of program management experience in a fast-paced setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage ambiguity. The role involves working with large tech enterprise clients, so familiarity with their organizational structures is a plus. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact team within a global tech client.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of program management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Prior experience working with or within large tech enterprise clients (familiarity with the client’s org structure is a strong plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to speak to details and exec-level strategy
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and navigating shifting priorities with confidence
- Detail-oriented with strong judgment around risk management, escalation, and cross-functional dependencies
- A go-getter who will seek out answers and be proactive
Responsibilities
- Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate alignment and decision-making across key workstreams and tangential teams (e.g., compliance, privacy, and product rollout). Bring clarity to ownership and keep momentum across the organization
- Matrix Navigation: Decode the client's org structure to quickly identify the right stakeholders, flag dependencies, and ensure the right people are looped in at the right time
- Communications & Reporting: Prepare regular status reports and executive updates. Manage detailed work schedules while identifying which areas require active review or deeper risk assessment
- Get Things Done: Own the smaller but critical tasks that don’t require a full workstream. This includes tracking down information, writing concise blurbs (e.g., for newsletters), and ensuring follow-through
- Be the Go-To: Act as the team’s “librarian and scout”—maintaining visibility into where everything lives, who’s responsible for what, and what needs to happen when things shift
- Team Integration: Be embedded in the team—not adjacent to it. Anticipate needs, self-manage, and bring a solution-oriented mindset to every interaction
