Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or a related digital marketing field
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns for multiple clients
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent client management skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, including current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of programmatic advertising
  • Advanced English

Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns across platforms, ensuring accurate targeting and optimal delivery
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily, adjusting tactics to achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing any questions or concerns promptly
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive engagement, strategic recommendations, and exceptional service
  • Work closely with internal teams, including technical and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising and digital marketing
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve campaign strategies, leveraging new tools and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior agency experience
  • Knowledge of HTML, SQL, and ad tagging
