Join Euclid's Onboarding and Knowledge team as a Project Analyst and contribute to the renewable energy industry's future. Collaborate on engagements across Euclid's services verticals, facilitate project onboarding, support software development, and design new products and tools. Extract and codify best practices, learn from renewables experts, and help establish higher industry standards for project quality and speed. This role offers remote work, competitive compensation, health and retirement benefits, flexible time off, and opportunities to work on impactful projects. The starting salary is between $69,000 and $77,000, with an equity award.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project experience in renewable energy, energy, or adjacent industries (preferred) or a demonstrated desire to enter the renewables space
- General knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle - including key project value drivers, project development, financing, deployment, and asset management
- General knowledge of project management principles, customer success methods, and best practices
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on engagements across all of Euclid’s Services verticals, including renewable project development, project financing, M&A, owner’s engineering and program management
- Facilitate project onboarding, including internal and external kickoff meetings, software setup, initial document upload/management and detail extraction
- Support the development of Euclid’s software platform by being a power user and providing design and process feedback, including helping to develop new software features such as AI detail extraction and others
- Support and take ownership over the design and architecture of new products and tools to serve renewable energy project developers and investors through Euclid’s platform
- Work with the Program Manager and Director to extract and codify best practices and general knowledge management strategies based on lessons learned from the project onboarding process
- Learn from a world-class team of renewables experts, and gain broad exposure to all aspects of renewable energy development, diligence, execution, and finance
- Help establish a higher industry standard for project quality and speed, through development and application of Euclid’s platform and process standardization efforts
- Play an active role in building a rapidly growing team and company
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or other technical fields preferred, but not required
