Join our team as a Project Analyst and support the planning and implementation of projects, manage key internal and external deliverables, and ensure timely project tasks and resource requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics or related field or study (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
• 3+ years of U.S. based healthcare industry experience
• 3+ years of experience of Project Management
• PMP Certification not required, but highly desired
• Knowledge of Project Management and other key business software applications a must
• Superior collaboration, flexibility and responsiveness

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of projects
• Manage key internal and external deliverables for multiple, ongoing software implementations
• Help define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure timely project tasks and resource requirements
• In partnership with your designated Project Manager(s), develop full scale project plans and work breakdown structures
• Help the planning efforts and schedule adherence for project timelines
• Track project deliverables, log risks and issues using appropriate tools
• Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
• Provide post-project evaluations and assessment of results
