Project Controls Scheduler

Join a team that has achieved a world-class reputation in the construction industry and has been voted a “Best Place to Work.” The project controls role in the Chicago region involves working with multiple stakeholders to prepare, update, and review design and construction schedules in Primavera P6 and forecast and update cost projections.

Requirements

• Bachelors in engineering, construction management, or related field required
• 5-8 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Experience in collaborating and resolving project issues and working independently with minimal direction required
• Experience with project schedule data export, databases, and customized reporting required
• Hands-on scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6 required
• Demonstrated ability to perform schedule reviews and ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling required

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and review design and construction schedules in Primavera P6
• Forecast and update cost projections
• Review change orders prepared by contractors
• Gather schedule and cost project information and related owner tasks
• Track and update project cost information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wastewater treatment and/or K-12 school experience preferred
• Experience with presenting work products and facilitating work sessions preferred
