Project Finance Officer

Summary

Join EIT Climate-KIC as a Project Finance Officer on a 1-year fixed-term contract based in London or Amsterdam with remote work options. You will be part of the RCNR team, supporting project financial management, analysis, and reporting. Requirements

• Possess experience in an accounting or finance role with sound knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Have experience/knowledge managing restricted funding
• Be IT competent with intermediate Excel skills
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver objectives according to established timelines
• Be fluent in English
• Have the right to work in the EU

Responsibilities

• Conduct project financial analysis (Budget vs Actuals, Time utilization, and basic compliance) to ensure accuracy
• Support the project budgeting/forecasting process, including project acquisition
• Monitor project cash flow
• Generate donor financial reports
• Support project audits with the preparation of financial documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with EU/Horizon Grant Funding management
• Possess advanced Excel skills
