Project Manager

Summary

Join us as a Senior Project Manager at Bloomreach, where you'll build, plan, and own multiple Security & IT projects, impacting hundreds of millions of consumers in the online space.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple, concurrent projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Atlassian Suite)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex information clearly
• Proven ability to identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from start to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, adjusting as needed to meet evolving requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and align deliverables with business goals
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, escalating issues and implementing corrective actions
• Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, ensuring effective communication
• Address pushback and feedback from stakeholders, using interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain progress
