Requirements

• Experience with IT risk and compliance management
• Strong communications skills to align with Customer at management and technical level as well as internally with the technical level
• Practical experiences in complex Project/Program management
• Know-how in IT Security area
• Basic expertise in IT Service Management practices and processes (e.g. ITIL)
• Have mindset and passion for innovation
• English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• German - Upper intermediate (B2) - advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage Complex projects across IT with diverse stakeholder landscape
• Coordinate/control/monitor the implementation of the business requirement
• Lead teams between 10–30 people (depending on seniority)
• Interact with the process/product/service managers and coordinates with all stakeholders involved
• Report directly to the Domain Lead or the head of IT-Steering
• Drive the implementation of the corporate security programs and standards into the company environment
• Initiate, control, evaluate and assure quality of customer-specific IT Security reporting
• Plan and support customer specific security audits (including pre-audits)
