Project Manager

Summary

The job is for a Project Manager at Evisort who will manage projects, develop and manage implementation plans, lead aspects of change management, and ensure high user adoption and usage. The role requires 5+ years of experience as an external client-facing Project Manager, managing within multiple project management disciplines, and 3+ years of experience with modern software and implementation processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an external client-facing Project Manager, managing within multiple project management disciplines (Iterative; Agile; SCRUM/KANBAN)
• 3+ years of experience with modern software and implementation processes, including enterprise SaaS deployments

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects at any given time, ensure alignment of internal and external teams, and serve as the point of contact and escalation for the implementation of new customers
• Develop and manage the client’s implementation plan: milestones, project risks and mitigation strategies and address other line items relevant to successfully delivering an enterprise SaaS product
• Follow an agile Kanban-based implementation methodology
• Lead aspects of change management and implementations with some of the largest and most strategic accounts
• Track high-level business needs and ensure the solution aligns to deliver business benefits
• Produce project-level reports covering overall status, milestone tracking, risks/issues, and mitigation plans
• Maintain trusted partnerships across a wide array of disciplines and teams
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Legal, legal operations, contract management, and product development experience a plus
• PMP/PMI or SCRUM certification is a plus but not required
