Project Manager

Join us in our mission to build engaging player communities and offer outstanding experiences! We are looking for a Project Manager to manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects to support and grow Helpshift's enterprise customers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of tenure at Keywords Studios
• Related experience as a Project Manager/Operations Manager/Lead or any role that requires overseeing teams or organizing people/work
• Availability to work within US business hours
• Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
• A bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, informational technology, or related fields preferably
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as DACI and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in various project management and collaboration tools: Microsoft Office, Atlassian Confluence, Trello, Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Basecamp
• Experience with cloud-based hosting platforms and version control tools

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and adheres to the original scope defined
• Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
• Help the team create project plans
• Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
• Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
• Join customer meetings to take important notes and action items and assign them to the team and customer
• Ensure project tracking tools are up to date at all times on hours spent on tasks, capacity across team and status etc
• Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Agile/SCRUM methodologies a big plus
