Summary

Join BRCGS, a global leader in supply chain assurance, as a Project Manager in the Digital Team. You will deliver strategic, cross-functional projects across the business, from digital products and training to standards and quality services. Reporting to the Senior Leader of Digital Strategy and Operations, you will lead projects from initial brief to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. You will act as the central point of contact, connecting internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with various delivery frameworks, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience delivering cross-functional projects to time and budget
  • A solid understanding of delivery frameworks (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall or hybrid)
  • Experience leading digital, training, standards or operational projects
  • Confidence creating project documentation (RACI, reports, trackers, action logs)
  • Familiarity with project tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Asana or similar
  • A good grasp of budgeting, risk management, and performance tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication is key—you’ll be translating plans, issues, and updates in a way that builds trust and drives action

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of diverse, cross-functional projects from end to end
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources across departments
  • Use our product development stage-gate process to structure delivery
  • Set up and manage governance frameworks, KPIs, and stakeholder roles
  • Provide clear, regular updates—including reports for senior leadership and SteerCo
  • Keep documentation organised and accessible, and meeting actions on track
  • Run lessons learned sessions and help embed what works across the team
  • Support the continuous improvement of our delivery frameworks and tools
  • Ensure clear project handovers, capturing ownership and outcomes
