Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of projects focused on improving commercial tools, ensuring they effectively enhance sales team efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, product development, and technology, to align project objectives with business goals
  • Define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that all initiatives are strategically aligned and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Establish and maintain clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring expectations are aligned and that key insights are shared throughout the project lifecycle
  • Design and implement reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and performance-tracking tools to provide visibility into project progress and business impact
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing best practices
  • Ensure that new commercial tools are seamlessly integrated into existing business processes, providing training and support to end users to maximize adoption and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial tools, CRM platforms, and sales productivity solutions is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus
  • For non-Spanish speakers, basic Spanish knowledge is an advantage, or a willingness to learn, as both written and spoken Spanish may be used daily
