Project Manager, Blog/Content Editor

Summary

Join We Are Rosie as a Blog/Content Project Manager + Editor for a three-month contract (January 6th - March 31st). This remote role requires expertise in project management, editing, and content management, ideally within tech and finance. You will oversee blog workflows, collaborate with various teams, manage content, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. A laptop will be provided. NYC-based candidates or those available during specified time zones may be preferred.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content/project management and editing roles, preferably in a tech-focused environment
• Proficiency with content management systems and tools like Google Sheets or Workflow tools
• Advanced knowledge of AP style and brand editorial standards
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end blog ideation and publication workflows
• Collaborate with technical account executives (AEs), peer reviewers, and stakeholders
• Manage other content types, such as CTA banners, landing pages, and onboarding new authors
• Maintain up-to-date file structures and trackers (Google Sheets or Workflow tools)
• Edit technical blogs and other materials using brand guidelines and checklists
• Input content into the content management system (CMS)
• Route materials through the approvals process, ensuring adherence to AP style
• Liaise with partners, leadership, and technical writers
• Facilitate seamless communication during content production and approvals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with technical writers and editing for a tech audience
• Familiarity with tools like DocuSign and peer review processes
