Requirements
- Skilled in using at least one BI platform: Oracle OAC, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and associated business processes (NetSuite experience is a strong plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong business analysis capabilities and a consultative, client-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements
- This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years serving as a dedicated Project Manager leading ERP Implementations
- Individual has project managed at least 5 enterprise-level NetSuite or NSAW projects involving multiple dependent workstreams, 3rd parties, and other related complicated business integration requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards
- Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP and proven methodologies
- Understand SDLC, project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall) in data and BI projects
Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
- Act as lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time and on-budget implementations
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices
- Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing NetSuite education
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite certifications highly preferred β NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation
- Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general vertical-specific industry experience
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other formal project management certification
- Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and security best practices
- Take control of projects by acting as lead and having the ability to handle escalations with minimal support
- Continuous involvement in your own project engagements and client relationships
