Summary

Requirements

  • Skilled in using at least one BI platform: Oracle OAC, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems and associated business processes (NetSuite experience is a strong plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong business analysis capabilities and a consultative, client-first mindset
  • Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements
  • This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years serving as a dedicated Project Manager leading ERP Implementations
  • Individual has project managed at least 5 enterprise-level NetSuite or NSAW projects involving multiple dependent workstreams, 3rd parties, and other related complicated business integration requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP and proven methodologies
  • Understand SDLC, project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall) in data and BI projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
  • Act as lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time and on-budget implementations
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices
  • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing NetSuite education

Preferred Qualifications

  • NetSuite certifications highly preferred – NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general vertical-specific industry experience
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other formal project management certification
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and security best practices
  • Take control of projects by acting as lead and having the ability to handle escalations with minimal support
  • Continuous involvement in your own project engagements and client relationships
