Project Manager-Supply Chain

Requirements

• As a Project Manager you will have end to end IT Project Management experience in the delivery of complex technical projects in a fast paced/time critical environment and experience of managing large budgets (£1m+)
• To be successful in this role you will have change management experience, coupled with experience of deploying technologies across multiple sites and projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• You will also have a detailed understanding of business processes, stakeholder management and management of multiple 3rd party system integrators
• It’s essential to have strong presentation and communication skills for this role so a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite is needed
• You will also negotiate and build consensus whilst influencing team members and have a knowledge of functional areas of production, warehouse, and supply chain

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and manage the delivery of the requirements provided by our business colleagues
• Ensure the delivery scope is maintained
• Define & manage an effective communications plan
• Ensure project delivery meets governance standards (Technology and PMO)
• Formulate and control project budgets
• Manage resources & project timelines
• Successfully implement the change into BAU business operations and Technology Service
• Manage & escalate Risks, Issues, Dependencies & Resource constraints
• Manage project stakeholders effectively
