Project/Product Manager

Join our team at Zelh as we search for dedicated team members to manage the product lifecycle of our client's scheduling platform designed specifically for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or project management within a SaaS or tech company
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within scope
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with technical concepts in software development (JavaScript, Node.js, React, AWS) to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers and driving business growth

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring that development aligns with business goals and user needs
• Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and improvements
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for product releases, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to facilitate smooth team operations
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and define product strategies
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and internal teams to improve the product
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Track key product metrics to measure the success of new features and improvements
