Summary
Join our team as a Project Manager to lead the enterprise-wide implementation of candidate selection assessments. This project is in its early stages and requires coordination across various organizational levels, including legal, compliance, HR, and business unit leadership. The role involves technology implementation, change management, and strategic communication planning. You will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and an external consulting firm, ensuring alignment, risk mitigation, and successful adoption. The position offers a hybrid work option in Pensacola, Headquarters, Winchester, or remote work.
Requirements
- Possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Have knowledge of risk management and process improvement techniques
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide implementation of candidate selection assessments
