Summary
Join lastminute.com, a European Travel-Tech leader in Dynamic Holiday Packages, as a Projects Investment Analyst in their Project Management Office (PMO). This role focuses on portfolio-level analysis, investment oversight, and reporting to support the company's strategic direction. You will be responsible for managing the investment and budgeting process for projects, developing dashboards and reports to track and analyze project investments, and aligning financial strategies between PMO, Finance, and other teams. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 36-hour workweek, offering remote work from Spain. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, IT, or related fields, at least 2 years of experience in a PMO, Financial Planning, Business Consulting, or similar analytical role, and strong analytical and financial skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Masterβs degree in Engineering, Economics, IT, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO, Financial Planning or Business Consulting or similar analytical role
- Proficient in Excel with strong data management skills
- Ability in transforming data analysis into easy-to-understand visual reports and presentations
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of PMO in Strategy and OKRs development, and portfolio governance
- Own and manage the investment and budgeting process for projects
- Develop dashboards and reports to track and analyse project investments
- Align financial strategies between PMO, Finance, and other teams
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements across reporting and planning workflows
