Prompt Engineer

Summary

Join our team and work on an advanced self-service chatbot application for the airline industry, built using a .NET Core microservices architecture and the Cognigy AI platform. You will follow the latest AI development practices, stay updated on industry trends, and experiment with prompt structures to enhance model accuracy. Responsibilities include migrating an NLU-based solution to an agentic architecture, collaborating with various teams, and developing conversational AI agents. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with experience in prompt engineering and AI model training. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Understanding of conversational AI concepts, NLP/NLU processing, and LLM models
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or training AI models
• Ability to analyze large datasets and conversation logs to improve AI responses
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and API integration
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Following and applying the latest practices in AI app development (LLM prompting, RAG, Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, MCP, and A2A protocols...)
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools to improve prompt engineering techniques continuously
• Experiment with prompt structures to enhance model accuracy and ensure responses align with business objectives
• Migrating NLU-based solution (user intent-based chatbot app) to agentic architecture
• Collaborate with business analysts, software developers, data scientists, UX designers, quality assurance
• Generative AI understanding, developing conversational AI agents and flows that include integration with backend APIs
• Document prompt design principles, best practices, and troubleshooting guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing agentic architectures with Cognigy.AI framework or similar conversational AI platforms would be a big asset
