Requirements

• AI & NLP Expertise: At least 2 years of experience working with AI, NLP, and speech recognition applications, particularly in enhancing targeted messaging
• Proficiency in prompt writing and familiarity with common prompt writing techniques and evaluation
• Domain expertise in GTM or prior sales experience
• Deep understanding of user behavior, empathy for user needs, and the ability to design prompts that effectively communicate with users
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to assess and improve prompt performance and user interactions
• Experience with Large Language Models: High-level familiarity with large language models and their application in prompt design
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams, including: developers, designers, and product managers
• Keen eye for detail to ensure that prompts are error-free, visually appealing, and aligned with the overall design aesthetic of the application

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide the vision, strategy, and roadmap for expanding Apollo’s template library, aligning with the company’s overarching strategy to deliver superior AI-driven sales engagement solutions
• Design, analyze, and refine prompts tailored to various sales tasks, ensuring they drive desired responses and enhance user engagement
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and data scientists, to ensure prompt designs contribute to a unified, user-centric experience
• Continuously optimize the prompt generation process to improve system performance, particularly in personalizing messages and selecting the optimal communication channel
• Integrate prompt designs into NLP models, enhancing Apollo’s AI platform and facilitating smarter, more efficient outreach
• Evaluate and iterate on prompt designs, using data analysis and user feedback to improve conversational capabilities and alignment with user needs
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI prompts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in targeting and messaging accuracy
• Stay ahead of advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning, proactively applying these to Apollo’s business objectives to maintain a competitive edge

Creative & Strategic Thinking: A background in creative writing or content creation is a plus
