Join Mindrift, a pioneering AI platform, as an AI Tutor - Editor and use your editing, writing, technical, and creative skills to help train AI to communicate effectively. This freelance, fully remote role involves working with texts in Norwegian, ensuring they meet quality standards, and collaborating with Quality Assurance Specialists. You'll create and edit responses, fact-check existing ones, and provide feedback to writers. The role requires at least two years of professional editing experience in Norwegian, proficiency in Norwegian (C2), advanced English (C1), and a relevant degree. This part-time opportunity allows you to balance other commitments while making a tangible impact on AI quality.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of professional experience in editing texts in Norwegian
• Proficient level of Norwegian (C2)
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above
• Have a degree in communications, linguistics, literature, journalism, or similar
• Be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between projects and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Create and edit original, helpful, honest, and harmless responses
• Fact check existing responses
• Bring submitted texts up to our standards
• Work directly with Quality Assurance Specialists to help provide feedback to writers and other participants to ensure they can regularly produce high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications

Have a degree in communications, linguistics, literature, journalism, or similar
