Property Analyst (HOA)

Summary

Join our team as a full-time, remote Property Due Diligence Researcher! This entry-level position involves researching property information using online resources and phone calls, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring clear real estate closings. You will play a vital role in helping clients with significant purchases. The position offers a starting pay of 2,174,000 per month plus full benefits and bonus opportunities, increasing to 3,000,000 after training. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET (with adjusted hours during certain months). Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience on the phone (this is not a call center position but that type of experience would be helpful)
• Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
• Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule (surcharge would apply)
• Distraction-free work environment for home
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment

Responsibilities

• Contact Home Owners Associations and Management Companies for relevant property information
• Obtain specific time-sensitive documents
• Prepare detailed documentation based on research and reporting
• Other duties, as assigned
