Requirements
- 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience
- Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
Responsibilities
- Manage cases in state and federal courts
- Supervise/mentor staff
- Manage discovery
- Take/defend depositions
- Write petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision
- Prepare for trial
