Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience
• Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
• Must be admitted to practice in the State of California

Responsibilities

• Manage cases in state and federal courts
• Supervise/mentor staff
• Manage discovery
• Take/defend depositions
• Write petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision
• Prepare for trial
