Summary

Join the Cambridge team and help confront today's most threatening and complex obstacles as a Proposal Analyst. This is a remote position with quarterly in-person meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) and 4 years of experience with government proposal requirements
  • Experience supporting format and edit of program and/or proposal documentation
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Knowledge of the Shipley Business Development Process preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Teams

Responsibilities

  • Organize and deliver responses to smaller TO Requests for Information (RFIs) and TO RFP Requests for Proposal (RFPs), scheduling/convening meetings as appropriate
  • Apply proven desktop publishing (DTP) skills to ensure documents meet company branding and industry quality standards
  • Create and maintain proposal-specific templates based on compliant outline provided by Proposal Manager to facilitate compliance with RFP specifications
  • Assist the Proposal Manager with the logistics of the proposal process; supporting kickoff, color reviews, and other meetings as directed
  • Maintain the Proposal Operations schedule, calendar updates, meeting invitations, and reporting requirements as directed
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and support departments to verify facts, dates, and statistics
  • Support Proposal Operations library initiative; coordinate the collection and accumulation of proposal documentation and data. Research and analyze historical data, as directed
  • Ensure the security and integrity of documents
  • Create SharePoint sites and designates permissions to proposal and sensitive or proprietary materials by direction. Maintain SharePoint library content
  • Develop data calls for Prime opportunities internally and with external teammates (as directed)
  • Prepare responses for data calls from external Primes as directed
  • Maintain, update, and distribute Proposal Operations working templates
  • Support development and distribution of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other documents and files as required
  • Participate in white glove, compliance, and other proposal reviews as directed
  • Support development of Business Development, Capture, and Proposal (BCP) training curricula and facilitate BCP training initiatives
