Requirements

  • Be highly motivated and collaborative

  • Be very self-motivated and comfortable working asynchronously
  • Have 4+ years of cybersecurity experience
  • Be experienced in manually auditing applications written in Go, Rust, Java, C#, or Nim
  • Have a track record of writing fuzzers

Responsibilities

  • Use your technical expertise to further secure the Ethereum protocol
  • Manually audit the Ethereum software stack, including new updates to the Execution Layer and Consensus Layer clients
  • Write fuzzers for the Ethereum protocol’s p2p networking layer or clients
  • Conduct security research
  • Work closely with client teams, researchers, ethpandaops, testing teams, and others to minimize the risk of security incidents on a protocol level
