Provider Engagement & Operations Associate

Summary

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years related experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in community management, event coordination, or a related role
• Comfortable using data software and updating documentation
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle inquiries and manage issues proactively
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in data monitoring and management
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to support various tasks as needed
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Handle provider-related inquiries to ensure effective communication and support
• Support hiring and oversee onboarding processes for new providers, ensuring a seamless integration into the network
• Organize and facilitate provider gatherings and supervision sessions to foster a sense of community and continuous professional development
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials to ensure providers have the resources they need
• Monitor provider performance and session data to ensure high-quality service delivery and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with the deployment of providers for specific on-site or ad hoc requests
• Support commercial events, client delivery, and other initiatives as needed
• Handle localization tasks, particularly for Japanese providers, to ensure all materials are appropriately adapted
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts and effective service delivery
