Summary
Join Resilience Lab, a modern mental health care provider, as a 1099 contractor PMHNP in Connecticut. This fully remote, part-time or full-time position offers flexible weekday hours with no weekends or on-call requirements. The role requires a PMHNP license in CT, an active DEA license, and experience in psychiatry. Requirements
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a psychiatric certification (PMHNP) in CT
- Active DEA license in CT
- Eligibility and willingness to be licensed in multiple states
- Expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including SMI
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a virtual environment
- Passion for leveraging the latest research and technologies to deliver high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Excitement to collaborate with other clinical and non-clinical team members to provide outstanding care
- Motivated to work within a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable using digital tools and EHR systems
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care: Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medication for clients with a range of psychiatric disorders, including SMI and treatment-resistant conditions
- Deliver telepsychiatry services: Use our advanced telehealth platform to provide virtual psychiatric consultations, follow-ups, and medication management to clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, data scientists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, data-driven care
- Utilize technology for patient care: Leverage digital health tools, including evidence-based algorithms and electronic health records (EHR), to enhance treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Engage in ongoing education and research: Stay current with psychiatric guidelines, emerging treatments, and digital health innovations. Contribute to quality improvement projects, research initiatives, or clinical trials when appropriate
- Ensure compliance and documentation: Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards
- Patient education and support: Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in psychiatry, including time spent in an academic or research-oriented setting
- Prior experience in telepsychiatry or remote care
- Experience with data-driven care models or clinical algorithms
