Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Remote - United States

Summary

The job is a remote role for a Provider in Eleanor Health's treatment team, focusing on providing MAT and other psychiatric care via telemedicine. The candidate must have experience prescribing MAT, an active DEA to prescribe controlled substances, and an active Massachusetts Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license. The total target compensation range is $130,000 - $140,000.

Requirements

• Current active, unencumbered Massachusetts Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license
• MSN degree or higher
• Current National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Current active, unencumbered DATA 2000 Waiver to allow for prescribing MAT

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care for MAT, substance use and other psychiatric disorders via telemedicine
• Works closely with Eleanor Health Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of medical services with whole-person support services
• Ensures medical care and documentation are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations and CARF accreditation standards
• Participates in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives
