Requirements

• Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology is required
• Current license in Psychology from the California Board of Psychology
• Two years or more of post-licensure experience
• Two years of psychological testing, including neuropsychological testing and report writing experience
• Experience providing clinical supervision and supervision for psychological and neuropsychological testing
• Experience with electronic health records, EPIC preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation for staff and doctoral interns/trainees
• Oversee assessment processes, review clinical documentation, conduct live supervision, identify assessment-specific development needs, and provide performance feedback
• Facilitate clinical didactic training sessions
• Provide educational support to trainees, interns, and staff
• Deliver culturally sensitive, client-centered individual/group/family counseling/rehabilitation direct services
• Development of culturally relevant assessments and treatment plans
• Facilitate referrals to community resources and performs case management services
