Psychometrist Assistant

Join Bend Health, a revolutionary mental healthcare provider for kids and teens, as a full-time, remote Psychometrist Assistant. Reporting to the Director of Neuropsychology, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical team. Your responsibilities will include managing rating scales, uploading test results, providing progress updates, preparing reports, handling billing, and performing administrative tasks. This position requires tech-savviness, organization, a warm clinical style, and familiarity with neuropsychology or psychometry. Responsibilities

• Upon notification by the neuropsychologist/psychometrist immediately following the BHE, send out self-report and collateral (e.g., caregiver, teacher, therapist) rating scales based on the neuropsych test plan
• Check up on the rating scales’ status of completion and send reminders to CG/patient/etc
• Mail hardcopy parent rating scales and testing response booklets
• Upload completed rating scales and other test score reports to the patient's Google folder
• Provide regular updates to the psychometrist and supervising neuropsychologist regarding patient progress
• Clean up AI-generated reports in preparation for finalization by the neuropsychologist
• Complete billing sheet, including case management and other neuropsych billing units
• Administrative work as needed
