Summary

The job description is for a Part Time Sales Supervisor at Marc Jacobs International's Livermore Outlet in Livermore, California. The role involves partnering with the Store Manager, coaching sales associates, driving own percentage of sales, training POS transactions, and opening/closing the store in absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities

• Partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations
• Coach and develop sales associates in the moment while driving sales on the floor
• Drive your own percentage of sales
• Train all POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed
• Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager

Preferred Qualifications

Availability to work a minimum of three (3) weekdays per week and open availability on one (1) day every weekend
