Summary

Marc Jacobs International is hiring a temporary part-time Sales Associate for its Toronto Premium Outlet location. The role involves achieving and exceeding sales goals, demonstrating product knowledge, client development, maintaining store standards, assisting with inventory, following operational policies, and managing client books. Qualifications include 2+ years of retail experience, excellent organization skills, customer service skills, familiarity with Excel, Word, and the internet, and availability to work at least three weekdays per week and one day every weekend.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
• Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandise’s features and benefits to maximize sales opportunity
• Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction
• Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store
• Assist in bi-annual inventory cycle
• Follow all store operational policies and procedures
• Client Book Management

Preferred Qualifications

Availability to work a minimum of three (3) weekdays per week and open availability on one (1) day every weekend
