Requirements

• Be well-organized and possess a strong work ethic
• Demonstrate precise attention to detail with task execution
• Possess excellent written communication skills
• Exhibit proactive task management
• Desire to work in a startup environment, with a proactive mindset and minimum need for supervision
• Have experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Have the ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines
• Have the ability to manage multiple, concurrent client relationships
• Possess an excellent eye for detail – ability to create accurate and high-quality pieces of work

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Execute administrative tasks for financial record keeping and software site configuration
• Respond to customers to confirm completion of administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service
