Requirements

  • Be driven by challenges, with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance existing systems and workflows
  • Be proficient in Python programming with a portfolio demonstrating clean, efficient, and scalable code
  • Have experience in software development with a focus on backend systems, APIs, and integration
  • Be familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Have experience with FastAPI (or other Python frameworks with willingness to learn FastAPI)
  • Have experience with SQL/NoSQL
  • Have experience with REST APIs
  • Have experience with Docker
  • Have experience with Git
  • Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Work on a specific problem space critical to our client’s current needs in the card and banking industry
  • Collaborate and grow in a dynamic and autonomous environment while working in a small, agile and cross-functional team
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve, you are responsible for the full life-cycle of your code
  • Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices; be a mentor and mentee
  • Work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles
  • Share your knowledge and build creative solutions while helping the team evolve best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have AWS knowledge
  • Have experience with CI/CD
  • Have experience working with AI Products
