• Prior experience in leading teams that develop Data science/GenAI/AI/ML solutions
• Good design knowledge
• Expertise in coding standards and best practices, particularly in modular-based service development
• Proven track record of developing AI models in areas such as channel analytics, marketing & customer experience, analytics, predictive maintenance, production optimization, and connected products
• Knowledge of Web Frameworks and Databases
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
