  • Comfortable navigating open-ended solution spaces
  • Skilled in partnering with others to complement strengths in group settings
  • Resilient and adaptable to challenges, with a focus on learning and improving
  • Confident and proactive in meeting new people and seeking support when needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience
  • Reliable computer and internet connection (if remote)
