As a QA Analyst on the Growth team, you will collaborate with various departments to execute and validate test cases, ensuring the finished product meets quality standards and is user-friendly. You will work closely with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans, implement quality assurance processes, identify and track defects, and document testing results. This role requires 2-3 years of experience as a QA Analyst, experience in testing web software and APIs, and familiarity with tools like Postman, JIRA, Git, Xray, and Jenkins. Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a QA Analyst
- Experience in testing Web software and APIs
- Experience in test case design, creation, execution, and report
- Exposure to some tools like Postman, JIRA, Git, Xray, Jenkins
- Solid knowledge in software testing
- Good analysis, organization, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans that improve quality by design
- Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
- Test software products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify defects and track issues through resolution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that quality standards are met
- Document testing results and report on defects to the development team
- Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials
- Proactively and clearly reports status and quality risks to partners and team for the work that the engineer directly owns and it's able to leverage basic quality metrics effectively when doing this
Preferred Qualifications
- QA certification or equivalent accreditation (e.g. ISTQB)
- Experience with usability testing
