QA Automation and Onboarding Specialist

Summary

Join Pearl Talent as a fully remote QA Automation Engineer, working with cutting-edge LLM-powered testing tools. You will onboard new customers, maintain existing test automation, and analyze customer needs to prioritize test coverage. Requirements

• +2 years in software engineering or automation testing roles
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Playwright, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
• Experience in web automation testing and API integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and maintain existing test automation with AI-powered tools
• Analyze customer needs to prioritize test coverage and accuracy
• Configure CI/CD integrations (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker) for test execution
• Triage test failures to meet SLAs (<1 business day), identifying and resolving issues effectively
• Support customers during test execution, troubleshooting, and result interpretation
• Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance test generation and maintenance tools
• Document and refine customer workflows for scalable support and efficiency
• Document custom solutions and technical details for seamless customer support
• Contribute to onboarding materials to ensure team alignment and growth
