Requirements
- At least 4 years of manual and automated testing (with Python) experience
- Leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and motivate the QA Team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
- Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
- Strong experience in performance and load testing
- Good knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing
- CI/CD integration for automated smoke tests (Allure reporting)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Good communication level of English and Russian
