QA Technical Lead

Summary

This job is for a QA Engineer role in a fintech company. The primary responsibilities include managing the QA team, improving testing processes, defining strategies, implementing manual and automated testing, interacting with developers, and solving problems in a timely manner. Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in manual and automated testing (with Python), leadership skills, hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing, strong experience in performance and load testing, good knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing, CI/CD integration for automated smoke tests (Allure reporting), strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and good communication level of English and Russian. Requirements

• At least 4 years of manual and automated testing (with Python) experience
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and motivate the QA Team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
• Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
• Strong experience in performance and load testing
• Good knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing
• CI/CD integration for automated smoke tests (Allure reporting)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Good communication level of English and Russian
