Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Architect with a focus on automation and testing strategies
• Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks, with hands-on experience in writing test scripts
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, particularly GitLab CI or comparable platforms
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Hands-on experience in test design and architecture, emphasizing scalable and maintainable testing solutions
• Solid understanding of risk management principles in a QA context, with the ability to optimize test processes effectively
• Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and creating a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation frameworks and test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness across our software products
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as GitLab CI to ensure seamless deployment and consistent testing of applications
• Create scalable, reusable, and maintainable test architectures with a focus on maximizing test coverage and managing test data effectively
• Identify critical areas for testing and optimize test suites to ensure both efficiency and comprehensive coverage of functionality
• Leverage proficiency in JavaScript to develop automated tests and improve existing test codebases
• Lead and mentor QA teams, providing technical guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, and inspiring high performance within the team
• Define and track quality metrics such as defect density and test coverage, and create actionable reports to communicate findings and trends to stakeholders
