QA/QC Manager

Summary

Join Trafilea, a dynamic Tech E-commerce Group, as their QA/QC Manager and ensure the quality of their intimate apparel and beauty products. You will own the quality control lifecycle, from tech pack accuracy to vendor ratings, leading quality assurance for both apparel and beauty product lines. Based in a remote-first environment, you will work across China and Vietnam, building quality systems, developing testing protocols, and driving continuous improvement projects. Reporting directly to HQ, you will manage corrective action plans and oversee third-party testing. This role requires 3–5 years of quality experience in manufacturing (garments or intimate apparel preferred) and 2–3 years in management or process leadership. Requirements

• 3–5 years of quality experience in manufacturing (garments or intimate apparel preferred)
• 2–3 years in management or process leadership
• Fluent in Chinese and advanced English (spoken and written)
• Sharp attention to detail with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and a proactive, responsible mindset
• Comfortable working full-time in U.S. time zone-compatible hours

Responsibilities

• Own the quality control lifecycle — from tech pack accuracy and compression testing to AQL inspections, packaging review, and vendor ratings
• Lead quality assurance for both apparel and beauty product lines, with a hands-on approach in factories across China and Vietnam
• Build and maintain quality systems, develop testing protocols, and drive continuous improvement projects
• Act as the quality voice in product launches, collaborating cross-functionally with PD, Sourcing, and Ops
• Report directly to HQ on failed inspections and lead corrective action plans
• Oversee all third-party testing, yarn checks, social compliance, packaging validation, and more
