Requirements

• Possess self-motivation, with a proven track record providing technical leadership to your peers
• Have a proven track record of working as an individual contributor delivering engineering implementations automating the performance and quality of software and hardware
• Demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly and concisely while conveying empathy
• Demonstrate an ability to take initiatives while actively working to understand the reality and constraints of your environment
• Possess strong familiarity with Python
• Possess experience with C/C++
• Possess experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Possess experience with designing testing frameworks that ensure products meet customer requirements
• Possess familiarity with Linux and bash
• Possess experience with cloud computing services such as AWS
• Demonstrate the ability to lead the delivery of a product
• Demonstrate a willingness to listen to people until they feel understood
• Demonstrate honesty, empathy, and a willingness to see the world from the viewpoint of others

Responsibilities

Deliver and maintain an automated framework that allows for the accurate quantification of the quality and performance of Signaloid's rapidly evolving technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess interest and experience with the challenges and benefits of non-traditional computer architectures
• Possess interest in mathematics and probability theory
• Possess experience with Go and Rust
• Demonstrate a track record of exceptional oral, written, and graphic communication
