Quality Assurance AI Trainer

As a QA, you will evaluate complex question-answer pairs, create scoring criteria, and ensure accuracy and relevance of content in Biology. Responsibilities include content creation and refinement, expert qualification assessment, chat moderation, and auditing AI trainers' work. This fully remote freelance role requires a Master's or PhD in Biology, 6+ years of professional experience, advanced English (C1+), experience with LLM prompts, and teaching/lecturing/consulting experience. You'll work on your own schedule and contribute to advanced AI projects, enhancing your portfolio and influencing future AI models.

Requirements

• You have a Master’s or PhD Degree in Biology or a related field
• You have at least 6 years of professional experience
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
• You have experience in writing or evaluating complex LLM prompts
• You have experience in Teaching/Lecturing/Consulting in your domain
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across a variety of topics in Biology, while also developing references and examples of tasks
• Assess qualification tests of experts, ensuring their competency
• Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats, especially those related to project guidelines
• Review and evaluate tasks completed by AI Trainers, ensuring they align with project guidelines. Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content as necessary to improve quality
