Quality Assurance Analyst

Summary

Join Hunter as their first-ever Quality Assurance Analyst, a unique opportunity to contribute to a thriving, fully remote team. This 50/50 role blends end-to-end testing and data accuracy review, ensuring the quality of their web application, API, and third-party extensions. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to maintain high usability, reliability, and accuracy standards. The position requires significant QA experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on autonomous work and ownership. This role is exclusively for candidates located in Europe.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Familiarity with Data analysis and visualization tools
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive approach to taking ownership of projects and making decisions
• Experience working remotely, with comfort in asynchronous communication and minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Create and manage data benchmark processes with regular/quarterly comparisons of Hunter data vs. competitors
• Conduct exploratory testing (uncover defects that predefined test cases may not capture, before they reach our customers)
• Perform usability and UX testing on upcoming and live features
• Collaborate with other departments to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with our engineers, product managers, and customer success agents to identify and address issues efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in data monitoring, reporting, and SQL
