Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired
  • You must have a strong capability for syntax, typos, and grammar
  • Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Excel

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Precision AQ team stakeholders to review user stories, requirements and client documentation to ensure understanding and testability
  • Execute testing of development output against mark-up and legally approved submissions for overall quality including proofreading content for spelling, grammar, and formatting
  • Execute manual test cases and document results
  • Detect and track defects in accordance with team standards, re-testing to ensure a proper resolution has been implemented
  • Analyze MLR approved documents, requirements, and acceptance criteria to determine test scenarios
  • Design, document, and maintain test cases and other applicable test artifacts used in manual test execution
  • Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently with shifting priorities
  • Adhere to project milestones as defined by the project teams
  • Report status, concerns, and risks for client deliverables including applications, reports, and data files
  • Develop understanding of manage markets, payer data and Precision products to improve effectiveness in quality capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with application life cycle and manual testing tools such as Azure DevOps is a plus
  • General knowledge of computer systems, software, web browsers and web-based applications
  • Understanding of software quality terminology and its application
  • Experience testing with mobile devices (specifically iPads) is a plus
