Requirements

• Student (of the last year) or graduate from Business, Management, Data Analysis, or similar field
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things change quickly
• Other assigned tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting quality audits by reviewing customer service and payment, learning to assess adherence to procedures and identify performance trends using structured evaluation criteria
• Support the analysis of customer support tickets to help detect recurring issues, evaluate response effectiveness, and contribute to data-driven insights for improving operations
• Help compile and present audit reports featuring key performance metrics, trend analysis, and compliance rates, ensuring accuracy and clear communication of findings
• Observe and monitor customer interactions using predefined quantitative and qualitative metrics, identifying areas where improvements can be made
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by assisting in interpreting audit results, identifying potential root causes, and collaborating with the team to enhance efficiency and compliance
