Quality Assurance Specialist I

Summary

Join Experian Health as a QA Specialist I, a home-based role in Costa Rica, where you will ensure the Implementation Support Teams adhere to established protocols and standards. You will review implementations, integrations, and configurations for multiple products, including client rule and interface setup. Requirements

• Experience with quality assurance or automated testing
• Independent problem-solving and self-direction are critical
• Ensure accuracy while addressing different tasks upon request
• Proficiency in English, must past English assessment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (perform complex functions), certification
• Familiarity with Visio and flowchart logic
• Familiarity with Boolean logical expressions

Responsibilities

• Oversee and refine QA testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of support services
• Review the implementation and support services provided by Implementation teams, ensuring that all processes were followed and every aspect of an implementation works as intended
• Respond to both internal and external requests at multiple support ticket tracking systems at SLA required
• Analyze client change requests related to all Experian Health's Products, ensuring sufficient information is submitted and configurations are updated accordingly
• Assess the logical expressions, configuration settings and data integrations involved with a product implementation
• Maintain detailed records of compliance reviews and QA testing results, and report findings to relevant partners
• Participate in internal meetings
• Follow protocols and overall rules for the team
