Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing, preferably in federal data-centric environments
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication ability
• Must have active or ability to obtain IRS MBI clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data pipelines
• Perform unit, integration, system, regression, and performance testing across AWS and Databricks environments
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and performance testing
• Support documentation and validation needed for ATOs, FISMA audits, and vulnerability assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional and vendor teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing ETL pipelines, data platforms, or analytics tools is strongly preferred
• Experience with ATO and FISMA testing and documentation is a plus
• Software Quality or AWS technical certifications are a plus
